Learning That Changes Behavior
Learning Designed For Real People
Learning has the power to transform organizations, strengthen communities, and unlock human potential. Yet too often, training focuses on delivering information rather than creating meaningful change.
With nearly 20 years of experience across education, workforce development, and instructional design, I help learners build knowledge, develop skills, and apply what they learn in real-world settings. My experience spans K-12 education, higher education, professional development, and workforce learning initiatives, providing a unique perspective on how people learn at every stage of life.
My approach combines evidence-based learning principles, human-centered design, and practical application to create learning experiences that are engaging, accessible, and effective. Whether developing training programs, designing eLearning experiences, facilitating workshops, or speaking at conferences, my focus remains the same: helping people learn in ways that lead to lasting growth and measurable results.
Because learning should do more than inform.
It should inspire action.

Publications & Research
I believe strong learning experiences are built on more than intuition. They are informed by research, guided by evidence, and designed with a deep understanding of how people learn.
Through white papers, articles, and professional publications, I explore the intersection of adult learning, instructional design, workforce development, and human performance. My work translates research into practical insights that organizations can use to create more effective learning experiences.
